The inventory levels in Windsor remain low as we enter February. The good news is that the number of new listings to hit the market nearly doubled. With 24 units in December to 41 units in January. 

The month of January was a strong month for sales with indicators pointing to prices remaining steady. The average sales price for closed units was $210,475 with 27 total closed homes in January. The average price per square foot sold was $128 and the average days on market was 44 which was consistent with December’s number.
